Is testosterone a Controlled Drug?
Yes. It is Class C under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and Schedule 4 Part 2 under the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001. Prescriptions are valid for 28 days.
Which formulations do you dispense?
Testosterone injections, including enanthate and undecanoate (Nebido), and transdermal gels such as Testogel and Tostran, against a valid prescription.
How do you handle repeat prescriptions?
We track when each patient's supply is due and work with your clinic so the next prescription arrives in good time. Each repeat needs a new, valid prescription.
Will you contact our prescribers about queries?
Yes. If anything on a prescription is unclear or unexpected, a pharmacist contacts the prescriber before dispensing.
Do you give patients clinical or fertility advice?
No. Clinical decisions, monitoring and fertility advice stay with your prescribers. We provide medicine information consistent with your guidance.
