Which fertility medicines can you dispense?
Private prescriptions for gonadotrophins, GnRH antagonists and agonists, trigger injections, progesterone and oestradiol. Stock is confirmed before every dispatch.
How are refrigerated medicines handled?
They are stored at 2 to 8°C and sent in cold-chain packaging. Room-temperature products are packed to their own storage requirements.
What happens when a dose changes mid-cycle?
Your prescriber sends a new prescription and we process it as a priority, contacting your coordinator if anything needs clarifying.
Can medicines arrive before a cycle starts?
Yes. Share the planned start date and we schedule dispatch to match. Same-day delivery is available in London for prescriptions received and processed within London.
Who teaches patients to inject?
Your nurse team. We supply every medicine with its patient information leaflet and support your clinic's instructions.
