The Process

Prescriptions can be electronic transmitted to Pharmazon. Digital transmission is only permissible where the patient has nominated Pharmazon HomeCare as their Pharmacy provider. Pharmazon will then dispense the medication and prepare the delivery for you.

If you’re a NHS HomeCare Patient, you will receive a call from your coordinator to discuss your stock levels, find out what prescription items you need and arrange your next delivery.

Once confirmed, we can go ahead and organise your delivery preferred address and delivery date & time.

We send out the deliveries every evening and use a priority Next Day delivery service from Royal Mail – ‘Special Delivery’

Q2: What time will I get my medicine?

Royal Mail Special Delivery Service ‘Guarantees’ delivery before 1pm. They are normally very consistent and reliable when it comes to the ‘Special Delivery’ service as it is their platinum

Q3: Can I get my delivery earlier?
  • Yes, Royal Mail offer a before 9am delivery at a small additional cost. Please ask for the before 9am service when you get your payment and delivery email so we can add this for you.
  • The payment link will be created for the additional fee so you can make the payment.
Q4: Who will deliver my medicine?
  • We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Service before 1pm as standard.
  • This is a tracked service so you can use a unique tracking number to track your order.
Q5: How do I know my Royal Mail Tracking Number
  • Royal Mail will send you an email and/or Text message to advise you of your unique tracking number.
